End of my first day blogging..... so today was an eventful one with the girls, they really did not want to listen!! It is definantly a test of my patience when they back talk me and don't listen but they are testing the waters to see if I let them get away with it. Not going to happen!! Once my wonderful husband got home I got the chance to go to the YMCA to get moving!! Yes a bit of stress relief for the long day I had!!

Workout for 12/28/11

15min warm up
11min mile on the elliptical

Switched to the treadmill
33mins & 3miles on the treadmill

Switched back to elliptical
10min mile on elliptical
10min cool down

This is really the first in the past few weeks I have gone over 2 miles :) So very exciting!!! Starting Saturday morning Bret and I will be starting an 8 week workout series at home together!! This will be my interval training on top of the running and cycling I will be doing. I will keep you updated on how I like this program. It's called "X-Factor: ST by Weider" Included is a Yoga DVD which I will start doing at night as a final cool down from all the training during the day, and running around with the little ones.

Until TOMORROW!!

  2. Thank girl!!!! One thing that is so hard for me is when I go to the girls school and see the huge numbers of obese children!! It breaks my heart and the other day I saw a lady almost 300lbs walking down Division, she could barely walk. I wanted to cry, I want to help people and make myself accountable for these little girls I love so much!! My sister and her husband are running now and to see Gerald's face to tell me that was pure joy!!! He was happy!!!I love it!! Girl you can do anything you set your heart and mind to!!! Even though we are hundreds of miles away we can still be motivators for each other!!! Love you!!!! Give your little ones kisses for me!! xoxoxo
