This is really the first in the past few weeks I have gone over 2 miles :) So very exciting!!! Starting Saturday morning Bret and I will be starting an 8 week workout series at home together!! This will be my interval training on top of the running and cycling I will be doing. I will keep you updated on how I like this program. It's called "X-Factor: ST by Weider" Included is a Yoga DVD which I will start doing at night as a final cool down from all the training during the day, and running around with the little ones.
Until TOMORROW!!
You inspire me girl.... I love the idea of this holding you accountable.... What a great idea... I might have to copy it! I pray that I inspire others the way u inspire me.... Love u girl!

Thank girl!!!! One thing that is so hard for me is when I go to the girls school and see the huge numbers of obese children!! It breaks my heart and the other day I saw a lady almost 300lbs walking down Division, she could barely walk. I wanted to cry, I want to help people and make myself accountable for these little girls I love so much!! My sister and her husband are running now and to see Gerald's face to tell me that was pure joy!!! He was happy!!!I love it!! Girl you can do anything you set your heart and mind to!!! Even though we are hundreds of miles away we can still be motivators for each other!!! Love you!!!! Give your little ones kisses for me!! xoxoxo
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work! My first training run starts this weekend (as long as we don't have a downpour of rain!) Haven't ran in 3 months so should be interesting! ;)
