Another day at the gym and another day I can't run :-( I rolled my ankle on Wednesday, and Thursday attempted to run on it and only made it 1 mile before I was in tears from the pain.... It's not the bone but it is the muscle so I've iced it and heat and brought the inflammation down. Saturday I did TRX with my honey, it felt great!! Sunday relaxed and then today I did 10 miles on the bike, 1 mile on the stair stepper, and then some circuit work. Will be doing TRX tomorrow and then I think Wednesday I will try to do 3 very slow miles on the treadmill. Keep me in your prayers because Saturday is the big run and I'm going to do it.... may not get my PR (personal record) but I will give it all I have!!!
